BuildFactory 1.0 greatly increases the speed of Xcode project file parsing, as well as several interface and bug fixes. External editor support has been expanded to include not only SubEthaEdit, TextMate, BBEdit, TextWrangler, and Xcode, but also Vim and Emacs (via Terminal). BuildFactory 1.0 also includes support for working with the same project in different build configurations at once for increased productivity. BuildFactory helps improve the casual or professional Mac OS X developer track down bugs, not only in their own projects, but in open source projects such as Adium. By incorporating techniques outlined by Martin Fowler on the subject of "continuous integration," BuildFactory allows Mac OS X developers to improve their workflow when incorporating multiple components, such as the Sparkle framework, into their projects.
