Changes for BuildFactory v(1.0.10)

BuildFactory v(1.0.10) contains some reasonably major bug fixes,
some additional interface changes, as well as a few new
features as well while we continue to ramp up for the 1.1 release.

This is more of a featured-release, adding some major improvements,
such as pre-/post-build scripting, as well as some minor tweaks like the "Duplicate Selected" project menu option.
note: Pre-build scripting blocks, post-build scripting will not block.
