Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I see two help menus?
    • This is a weird problem that seems to appear occasionally on machines that have DivX installed, check out this forum post for more details. Note: this will disappear after the second time you launch the application.
  • My scroll wheel doesn't work in the "Raw Transcript"
    • We are currently unable to reproduce this, it seems to happen on machines with non-Apple mice, if you're experiencing this problem, please let us know by sending an email to feedback@bleepsoft.com.
